SOHO WHARF, BIRMINGHAM

Veritas Contact has been providing site services including power, lighting, plumbing & drainage and other construction to Apsley House Capital, residential, development building project in Soho Wharf, Birmingham.

 

Soho Wharf consist of 102 two and three-bedroom townhouses and 650 one and two-bedroom apartments, more than 10,000 sq ft of commercial space, new public realm, parks and gardens, and shared amenity spaces.

New pedestrian, cycle and vehicle routes will also be created to enable public access through the site, with a new canal bridge connecting the area with the existing towpath to provide a direct route into the city centre.

The project was acquired by Heimstaden Bostad in 2021 for £160m – the largest forward-funding transaction outside of London.

ACTON GARDENS, LONDON W3 - PHASE 8.2 

Veritas Contact has been providing site services including power, lighting, plumbing & drainage and other construction to Acton Gardens, LLP., residential, development building project in Acton, London W3.

 

Phase 8.2 will deliver a total of 175 new homes, including 77 affordable rent and 21 shared ownership homes on the site of Barwick House, Carisbrooke Court, the South Acton Working Men’s Club and the council owned homes on Brouncker Road.

The Acton Gardens development is part of an area regeneration programme consisting of: 

  • £800M invested into this 52-acre scheme

  • 3,400 new carefully designed homes

  • Set within green spaces and parks

  • Excellent transport links nearby

  • A joint venture development between Countryside and L&Q

Acton Gardens, Phase 8.2

ACTON GARDENS, LONDON W3 - PHASE 9.4 

Veritas Contact has been providing site services including power, lighting, plumbing & drainage and other construction to Acton Gardens, LLP., residential, development building project in Acton, London W3.

 

Acton Gardens Phase 9.4 will deliver a residential scheme of 209 new homes of varying tenure part of the wider Acton Gardens Masterplan. The design proposes a courtyard style development consisting of four blocks between 2 and 12 storeys around a communal podium courtyard.

The development will result in a new collection 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes.
